Our luxury desert tour will set off from Fes heading the beautiful city of Errachidia passing through Ifran, enjoying its cool weather and its beautiful European-styled buildings. From there, our 5 Days Morocco Desert Tour will continue to Merzouga passing by some Fascinating cities like Medilt, Ziz Valley and Ziz Gorges. We will stop at the famous and biggest Cedar forest in Morocco to enjoy its natural charm and its playful Barbary Macaque monkeys. Your Fes to Marrakech luxury desert tour carries on to the magnificent town of Ziz oasis, stopping to rejoice the charming sights. Our Journey continues passing by Erfoud, Rissani and some Berber Villages along the way. After arriving and resting in Merzouga, you will get to experience Camel Trekking, cutting through the mesmerizing golden sand dunes of the Sahara desert and enjoying the view of sunset. You will spend the night under the inspiring moonlight while listening to Moroccan drums music in a luxury desert camp in the heart of the Sahara.
On the second day of your tour and after savoring a delicious breakfast and enjoying the view of the spectacular sunrise in the middle of the golden dines and before going on a tour around the city of Merzouga. We will visit the following sites: the qanat, farm in an oasis, Lac Dayet Srij, Khamlia village, Mfiss, Merdabi Hassi Labiad, Lake Yasmina and abandoned village at old mines and the black desert which will provide you with an insight into the daily life of the Berber people and the preserved history of that region. After having enjoyed your day discovering the desert, our driver will take you to your hotel in the afternoon, where you will have dinner and spend the second night of your trip.
On the third day of our 5 Days Morocco Desert Tour, we will wake you up very early in the morning to enjoy a Camel trekking experience on the golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi while savoring the view of sunrise in the desert, which is a feast to eye. After breakfast, we will go to Merzouga from which we you will take the road Tinghir and Toudgha Gorge for lunch. After lunch, we will continue to Toudgha valley which is a wonderful area for a walk, you can wander along the river, and have some free time to enjoy the beauty of the valley. From Toudgha, you will continue to Dades Valley where you will have dinner and spend the third night of your 5 days desert tour in a hotel.
After breakfast, your 5 Days Morocco Desert Tour continues by driving from the gorgeous Dades valley and through the charming villages of the region, passing by fields cultivated by the Berber women, with the summits of the High Atlas Mountains as a suitable backdrop. Your desert trip will carry on along the Valley of Roses, and the Kasbahs of Skoura oasis towards Ouarzazate, known as Hollywood of Morocco, where the filming of many famous movies took place like Gladiator and Jewel of the Nile. From Ouarzazate, you will continue to visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO world heritage site and the most famous Kasbah in Morocco. From Kasbah Ait BenHaddou, you’ll take the road to Skoura, where you’ll have dinner and spend your night in an amazing Kasbah Hotel.
On the final day of your tour, you will take the road from Ouarzazate, passing by Ouarzazate again and heading towards Marrakech. On your way you will drive on the road of the thousand Kasbahs where there are so many beautiful old Kasbahs in this road that was the main commercial line between Morocco and Africa. You will also visit the beautiful rose valley before your arrival in Marrakech. Upon your arrival in Marrakech, our driver will drop you off at your hotel or preferred location.
